Building Process
Step 1: Initial Meeting with Sales Representative
- Select Floor Plan
- Choose a location
- Select options
- $1,000 deposit to reserve the lot you choose for 30 days (Refundable deposit)
Step 2: Sign Contract
- Includes Bid Sheet with standard and upgraded features
- Requires $2,000 minimum deposit
- Apply to lender for an end loan and submit approval to Builder
Step 3: Finalize Plans & Specs
- Building plan review and plan changes
- Selection of all products and colors for your home
- Review and approval of all extras and specs
Step 4: Remove Contingencies
- Final deposit is given by buyer
- Builder to submit plans for permits
Step 5: Start Construction
- Foundation of the home will be excavated
- Framing begins approximately 30 days from the start of construction (weather permitting)
Step 6: Pre-Drywall Inspection
- Walk-Thru home to verify all rough-in mechanics meet plans and specs
- Approximately 45 days from the start of framing
Step 7: Interior Finishes
- All flooring, trim, paint, lighting, etc… installed
Step 8: Homeowner Orientation
- Walk-Thru your home to verify workmanship
- Address any concerns regarding your new home
- Presentation of all your new home features
Step 9: Closing
- Final Payment
- Receive the keys and deed to your new home

- Complete and submit the warranty form
- Builder will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete all remaining warranty issues
